Burkhead Art Center is looking for Volunteers!
Looking to get involved in your local community and support the arts? Burkhead Art Center is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our team! Whether you're an artist, student, or simply someone who's passionate about promoting creativity and culture, we welcome all volunteers to join us.
As we enter the busy summer months, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the art center in a variety of ways. We need help with admin work such as organizing Teachers and classes, event planning and organization, community outreach, social media management, recruiting local artists, AND MORE. Depending on your interests and skills, there's something for everyone to get involved in!
In exchange for your time and effort, we offer volunteers open studio time or discounted classes, depending on the amount of time you can commit. You'll also have the opportunity to attend monthly meetings to discuss upcoming events and suggest ideas, as well as to organize and coordinate your responsibilities with fellow volunteers.
