Feeling stuck or frustrated in your wheel-throwing progress? Here's a chance to learn from a very experienced potter who can help analyze technical issues and give you specific advice to help you improve.
If there are certain throwing techniques that you'd like to try and need some guidance on, then this class is for you! This might include:
Throwing larger forms
Throwing off the hump
Throwing closed forms
Making pots with lids that fit
Making and attaching handles to various forms
The class will include lots of demonstrations as well as individual attention.
You will also gain access to a lot of open studio practice time every day of the week to work on your skills outside of class as well.
Clay tools required. Can purchase on first day or bring your own.
