Fused Glass: Techniques & Kiln Processes w/ Kristin, 03/04 - 04/08, 6pm-8pm

Fused Glass: Techniques & Kiln Processes (6-Week Session)

Dive deep into the art of fused glass in this immersive 6-week class designed for curious beginners and returning students alike. Meeting once a week for two hours, students will explore a variety of fused glass techniques while gaining a solid understanding of the kiln firing process from start to finish.

Over the course of the session, you’ll design and create three unique fused glass projects, learning skills such as glass cutting, layering, tack fusing, full fusing, and finishing techniques. Along the way, you’ll be introduced to kiln schedules, firing styles, and how heat transforms glass—giving you the knowledge to confidently plan future projects.

This class offers a relaxed, supportive environment with plenty of hands-on instruction, demonstrations, and guided studio time. Whether you’re brand new to glass or ready to expand your skills, you’ll leave with beautiful finished pieces and a deeper understanding of the fused glass process.

All tools, equipment, and kiln firings included. Additional materials fees may apply for additional projects.
